1. How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major metro cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Lotushouse is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes

2. Can I have my order delivered on a particular day?

We strive to deliver products purchased from lotushouse.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same.

4.Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

5.Do you delivery pan India.

We strive to deliver our products to pan India, however at present we deliver only to the locations serviced by our courier partner.

For Furniture category we only deliver to select pincodes in Bangalore.

6.Does lotushouse.com deliver products outside India?

Yes we are currently  delivering products outside India.

7.My items haven’t arrived yet.What can I do?

Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, lotushouse.com reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.

8.How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We would able to change the shipping address till the time we have not packed and shipped the order.
