We at LOTUSHOUSE take great care in making sure the product you receive will be the product you see on our website. However, in case there is something you are not happy with please get in touch with us at : care@thelotushouse.com and we will offer returns for items of the same amount.

Any product purchased from the Website can be returned and exchanged for the same item or any other item of the same value, within ten (10) days from delivery of the item(s), as long as the following conditions are duly met:

a) All items must be returned in the original condition with the price tag, as delivered by LOTUSHOUSE.

b) Any item returned without the price tag or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

c) Shipping and handling expenses shall be at no charge to the Customer provided the Customer uses GATI – our logistic partners.

d) All requests for return of product have to be placed within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 5-7 working days.

e) Once the goods are accepted for return the same shall be replaced at the discretion of LOTUSHOUSE within a specific period of time.

f) If the item to be exchanged for is not available in our stock, unavailability will be informed.

Orders can only be cancelled if:

a) It has not already been shipped to your destination. Once you have received an email informing you that your order has been shipped to your address, the order cannot be cancelled.

b) COD orders cancelled cannot be refunded.

In case of any returns/exchanges, kindly send us an email or let us know over the phone and we will arrange for a pickup at your address. Return shipping shall be free of cost for the customer using LOTUSHOUSE partnered courier service provider – GATI.
